Bao Bak Chang

After days and hours of preparation (grinding own peper, coriander powder, washing bamboo leaves, cut meat, mushroom, oyster, chestnut etc), my mum is ready for this day - to bao bak chang (wrap the dumplings)! My parents and helper woke up at 2am, my sister came at 4am to start work. By 9am, the first batch of bak chang (7 bundles) is cooked and smelling good. By 11am, the bak chang are cool enough to fly with me to Hong Kong! I'm so blessed to have 3 bundles of yummy bak chang - home made with the most Tender Loving Care you can ever find! I thank God and ask God to continue to bless my family with peace & good health!
