Summer Lodge is what we called our new house in Taiwai. We gotten the keys in late April and renovation started in early June after many rounds of contractor selection, discussion, planning and designing. There were more works to be done than we originally expected - it seems previous owners had not done major renovations and each new owner just add on to existing work - leaving many unused, unidentified wiring, piping around. The big overhaul is well in progress and we look forward to living in our Summer Lodge, sometimes in Aug/Sep.

Summer Lodge is bearing fruits - 黃皮 is in abundance! "又甜又多汁, 入面只有一粒核" - This is how previous owner Mr. Li appreciates the fruit.

Jackfruit is not doing as well though. Some white flies/insects attacked the tree and all the small fruits have withered. :-( We promise to take better care of the jackfruit tree!
